The new exemption regime raised a number of issues for landowners that deal with fly-tipped incidents. So we have worked with colleagues on the Exemption Review Project, the Waste Recovery Team and yourselves, in developing a Modern Waste Regulation Position Statement for "the temporary secure storage of fly-tipped waste and waste from trash screens other than at the site of production".
